Security Training

All our officers have to attend a 4 day training course conducted by our 'Highly Commended' Skills for Security in-house Trainer and have to pass the NOCN exams before commencing employment at 4 Site Security.

This same professional, thorough and effective training is available to staff from other security companies. All aspects of security are covered including: Reporting, Patrolling, Health & Safety Legislation, Record Keeping as well as relevant sections of Criminal/Civil Law and Communication & Conflict Management.
