Monitored Intruder & Fire Alarm
"Every security system has the capability to be linked to an alarm receiving centre which is operational 24 hours a day. Our operators have all the information at hand to deal with events as they happen and contact keyholders and emergency services as required."
There are several methods by which alarm signals can be transmitted through to our central station:
BT Redcare LogoA system of sending alarm signals direct to the monitoring centre without the need to ‘Dial Out’. This system provides a higher level of integrity of signalling in that the alarm system is regularly ‘Polling’ to ensure the integrity of the telephone line.
An alarm signalling device that totally combines GPRS (mobile technology) with the added protection of any standard telephone line as a backup path. If either is interfered with by an intruder, the other continues to monitor for any further alarms.
CSL Dualcom The DualCom GradeShift® range, from CSL DualCom Limited, is an intruder alarm signalling device that uses any UK mobile network as well as your telephone and/or IP path; to transmit intruder, fire and personal attack signals at high speed.
DualCom Digi Air
A cost-effective Grade 2 signalling service designed for use where there is no landline or as a digi replacement. Based on the standard Secure product and using wireless signalling it can be installed anywhere that receives a good GPRS signal.
These are connected to telephone lines to dial the monitoring centre and pass alarm signals.
