We are pleased to announce that Richard Grundy has been promoted from Operations Manager to Senior Operations Manager for 4 Site Security Services.

Since joining the business, Richard has shown a strong commitment to professional growth and continuous learning to support our teams and business. A champion for workplace safety, Richard hosts our Health and Safety Committee and consistently keeps the health, safety, and welfare of our team as a top priority.

In his new role as Senior Operations Manager, Richard will draw on his strong leadership, reliability, and dedication to overseeing the entire guarding division, including our security officers, contract managers, and schedulers.
